Is the App available on Apple/Play store?
Yes, the App is available to Android and IOS users.
Android users: Download Bravo (Android)
IOS users: Download Bravo (iPhone)
On the left side of the login interface in the application, there is a button (New User) that you can click on and follow the steps.
In case you forget your password, you can click on the button (Forgot your password?) in the login interface and follow the steps. You can choose the verification method to receive the verification code to reset the password.
In case the number you want to set the password for is from Sudan, please choose the verification method (WhatsApp) and therefore requires that you have an active WhatsApp with the same number to receive the verification code with it.
In case the number to be assigned the password is not from Sudan, you can choose the verification method (WhatsApp or text message) and in both cases the number must be active to receive the verification code.

To get a Bravo wallet, update the app from the store first and then your Bravo wallet will appear automatically.
How do I TopUp my Bravo wallet?
To TopUp your Bravo wallet, you can transfer the desired amount through (BOK App) to one of our agents and then your wallet will be recharged.
Is there a fee in the recharge of the Bravo wallet?
No, there is no fee at all.

علي الجانب الايسر في واجهة تسجيل الدخول في التطبيق يوجد زر (مستخدم جديد) يمكنك الضغط عليه واتباع الخطوات
في حالة نسيان كلمة المرور الخاصة بك يمكنك الضغط علي زر (نسيت كلمة المرور؟) في واجهة تسجيل الدخول واتباع الخطوات. يمكنك اختيار وسيلة التحقق لاستلام رمز التحقق لاعادة تعيين كلمة المرور.
في حالة اذا كان الرقم المراد تعيين كلمة المرور له من السودان، الرجاء اخيار وسيلة التحقق (واتساب) ولذلك يتطلب ان يكون لديك واتساب فعال بنفس الرقم لاستلام رمز التحقق به.
في حالة اذا كان الرقم المراد تعيين كلمة المرور له ليس من السودان، يمكنك اختيار طريقة التحقق (واتساب او رسالة نصية) وفي كلى الحالتين يجب ان يكون الرقم فعال لاستلام رمز التحقق.

لشحن او تغذية محفظة برافو الخاصة بك، يمكنك تحويل المبلغ المراد عن طريق (بنكك) الي احد وكلائنا ومن ثم ستتم تغذية محفظتك.
